Official Enya Links:

The Official Enya Website: The gem of the official website is the 360-degree view of Aigle Studio. By the time you spot the Lazy Boy recliner in the Live Room (a woman can get tired after singing 500 multi-vocals!), you're saying to yourself, "I wouldn't mind working here!" A little more information on the recording equipment and instruments in the studio would be welcome, but somehow you know that Nicky Ryan isn't going to let a whole lot of secrets out of the bag!

Unity, The Official Fan Forum: Overall, the best forum on the web to discuss Enya and her music. The rules are strict here: no spamming, no personal attacks or flames, and respect for the artist and her private lifestyle. This is Enya's Home, these are her rules. Don't spit on the floor, don't put your feet up on the furniture, don't steal the silverware.

The Official Enya FAQ, hosted on www.enya.com is undergoing rennovation. It should return ... shortly.

The Official Enya Discography: Do not go to eBay unarmed! If you collect Enya's recordings, the Disography is your one-stop shop for information on release dates, identification numbers, images of the cds and inserts, vinyl recordings, cassettes, you name it. The site is updated frequently and webmasters Jens Speh and Jerome Allison welcome new information on recordings.

Enya Fan Sites:

Marble Halls, An Enya Forum is the fan equivalent of Unity, a safe haven for discussing Enya and her music. The forum is capably maintained by Kerry, a former senior moderator at Unity, and Riene, who steals the blue fonts, no matter where she is. The forum is open for viewing but membership is required to post.

Out of the Blue, a lovely site from Lucia. Out of the Blue has one of the most comprehensive Enya photo galleries around.

Dreamerville, The Dreamer's site from Indonesia, with news, videos and more.

Enya Fan Studio: A nicely designed and very informative website by Only-Time, whose favorite song is ... The site is updated frequently with news items and screen shots of Enya's television appearances during the Amarantine promotion.

Enya News. You gotta love a website that tracks down the designer of Enya's Amarantine launch party gown.

Enya Shores Fan Forum: A good forum, run by Dom of the Web (when he's not incarcerated in the dungeon at Mandeley Castle). It's a well-moderated place and looks friendly.

The Enya Project Artist David Ausloos created a number of beautiful pencil drawings of Enya for an online publication in the mid-1990's. Some of these may look familiar to fans. Of drawing Enya, David said, "Apart from the fact I was heavy into Watermark, Enya's face was for me the perfect model to study, She had very expressive dark eyes, a pale skin that beautifuly contrasted with her dark hair that framed it and a very subtle complex expression." Look and enjoy. These are some of the nicest artist renderings of Enya I've ever seen.

Official Brennan Family Websites:

Enya's oldest sister, Maire, and older brothers Ciaran and Pol, and uncles Noel and Podraig Duggan form the famed Irish band, Clannad. Her youngest sister, Bridin, has her own recording career. They all have websites, forums and devotees.

The Official Clannad Website: It's a great looking site, but seems so quiet I sometimes wonder if anyone's home. Still, you can place orders here for Noel and Podraig's recordings.

Moya Brennan Official Website and Forum: Enya's big sister, Moya, has had a very successful solo career since her first recording, Maire, was released in 1992. Her fan forum can be accessed from the website. It's a good place to talk about Moya and Clannad.

Bridin Brennan Official Website: The youngest Brennan sister, and the baby of the family, Bridin trained as a hairdresser, but the pull of music was too strong. She released her first cd-single, Hang On, several years ago, and her first cd, Eyes of Innocence, last Fall. Bridin toured and recorded with Clannad in the early 1990's and appears on Moya's first solo cd, Maire.

Unofficial Brennan Family Websites:

Ed's Clannad Page: is an excellent source of information about Clannad and Moya Brennan. Within this site is a Clannad News Blog with up-to-date information on what's happening in ClannadLand, and the Moya Brennan Pages. Ed's website is an information haven for Brennan Fans. He has quite a few news articles, interviews, concert reports, and links to Clannad audio and video files.

Clannad has a nice section of news articles and interviews with the band that range from a 1979 Rolling Stone article to a 1995 interview with Máire Brennan. Nice stuff for the historian in us.
