Enya: b/w publicity still for TMOT

Enya's Mosaik (Enya's Mosaic)

Vi Unge (Dinamarca) March 1996

Eithne Ní Bhraonáin chose to call herself Enya. Fortunately.

She did it back in '88, and she's doing it again in '95. Irish Enya, who's real name is Eithne Ní Bhraonáin (it's really true!, ed.) has brought the New-age music [Note 2] on the charts. Then, it was with 'Orinoco Flow', this time it is with 'Anywhere Is'.

"My music is to me like a mosaic. Different patterns and colors melting together, creating a new unity. I know I sound like I've been eating mushrooms, but that is the way I feel about it," Enya laughs. She credits her very catchy melodies for being on the top of the charts.
